About Me

I build AI-native software and back the founders building it. I have spent 25 years as a technical founder. In 2007 I launched Versichern24, which became Austria's largest insurance-comparison portal with 1.7M+ users (acquired 2015). I went on to co-found and exit Eversports, a booking marketplace that raised €9.6M, and to help build Propeople/FFW into a top-3 digital agency serving Pfizer, Stanford, and Citibank. I also served as CTO of fi-compass at the European Investment Bank, a platform supporting €640B of investment, pairing startup speed with institutional-grade rigor.

I began building with generative AI in 2020 (OpenAI, then Jasper in 2021), years before it was common, and made AI-first an operating decision across everything I build. Eight years ago, with my partner Anna Radulovski, I went all-in on WomenTech Network, now 200,000+ members across 179 countries, and the Chief in Tech ecosystem connecting thousands of founders and 2,000+ Fortune 500 technology executives. I architected the platforms behind all of it. In 2025 we co-authored Chief in Tech (Wiley), a best-seller featuring 50+ C-level contributors.

Today I am Managing Director of Chief in Tech Capital, a fund investing in AI-native software across the future of work, fintech, and digital wellbeing, sourced from the network and scored with an AI platform I built myself. Through TechFamilyVentures I operate an AI-native venture studio, shipping a production multi-agent platform, autonomous agents, and the infrastructure that ties them together. I am also building Chief in AI Global and the AI Builders Network. A Silicon Valley Founder Institute director and two-time Global Webit Audience Choice Award winner, I work globally from the Bay Area.
